細かな不具合修正と、プロフィール周りの仕様改善を行いました。

- USC内で設定したショートカットを、USCのボタン出力から呼び出せない問題を修正

- タスクトレイ復帰など、USC内部ショートカットの反応を改善

- 多重起動できてしまう問題を修正

- プロフィールの「現在の設定」を「新規」に変更

- 「新規」選択時は初期状態に戻り、タブ名もリセットされるように変更

- 「1タブ初期化」で、選択しているレイヤーの現在タブだけを初期化し、タブ名もリセットするように修正

- 「全タブ初期化」で、選択しているレイヤー内の全タブを初期化し、タブ名もリセットするように修正

- 関連する多言語表記を調整

- Fixed an issue where shortcuts configured inside USC could not be triggered from USC button outputs

- Improved USC internal shortcut handling, including tray restore behavior

- Fixed an issue that allowed multiple instances of USC to be launched

- Renamed the profile placeholder from “Current Settings” to “New”

- Selecting “New” now resets the profile to its default state, including tab names

- Fixed “Reset 1 Tab” so it resets only the current tab in the selected layer, including the tab name

- Fixed “Reset All Tabs” so it resets all tabs in the selected layer, including tab names

- Updated related multilingual text
