Windows起動時の自動起動設定が保存されない問題を修正しました。

- 設定画面で「Windows起動時に自動起動」をONにしてOKしたあと、保存しても設定が保存されない問題を修正

- 保存時に「USC内部設定が保存されていません」と表示され、変更あり状態が残ってしまう問題を修正

- 自動起動設定のON/OFFが、メイン設定保存時に正しく保持されるように調整

- Fixed an issue where the “Start with Windows” setting was not saved after enabling it in the settings window

- Fixed an issue where the app could still report that internal USC settings were not saved after saving

- Adjusted the save handling so the startup ON/OFF setting is preserved correctly when saving the main settings
